You must be younger, if one experiences it post 50, makes it much harder, my POV, and am experiencing everything that is supposed to be a gift, wish it was sooner..Thx for the humanness of this share, not common in today’s world of leadership, the short temperedness gets you places.
Hi Namita, when I experienced this I was 39, it was many years ago during my first mid-life crisis. (I've had a couple, lol). Getting laid off/reorg'ed never feels good, but many times its for the best and you wind up somewhere else where your skills are much more appreciated and you are happier. Hang in there!
